All orders are confirmed immediately upon placement by e-mail notification, with details of order number, total cost, and taxes (where applicable).

On shipment of the order, you will receive a second email notification listing the details of your package and the shipment method along with a tracking number. Your order status can be checked online at anytime. Once the package is shipped, it can be tracked by visiting www.ups.com or www.usps.com

Sonic Tuning accepts the following Credit Cards - AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA. All credit cards are verified via Authorize.net payment gateway prior to processing order for shipment.
All credit card purchases are verified using your billing address for your protection. If would like us to ship your order to an address other than your billing address, please call your credit card company to add additional shipping addresses to your account. Your credit card will be charged only after your order is shipped.
Payment through PayPal
PayPal is an independent agency offering an alternative payment option, for safe online transactions. For online purchases, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal website, where she/he can use this ID. At the PayPal site, the secure transaction takes place. After the PayPal transaction is complete, the customer will then receive an invoice via e-mail, providing transaction details. Sonic Tuning takes the utmost care in keeping all customer information confidential. All details disclosed in the order process are used solely for the purpose of the specific transaction.
Payment by Google Checkout
Google Checkout is an online payment processing service provided by Google aimed at simplifying the process of paying for online purchases. Users store their credit card and shipping information in their Google Account, so that they can purchase at participating stores at the click of a button. Google Checkout also offers fraud protection, as well a unified page for tracking purchases and their status.
International
Sonic Tuning note that Trade agreements vary between Canada and international countries. Duties and taxes applicable on the importation of any of Sonic Tuning product(s) are the full responsibility of the customer. International Orders are non-returnable.
Cancellations
Order cancellations will be entertained only if the goods have not been shipped, excluding "special order" items. A refund will be issued only after deduction of $5.00 or 5% of total order value (whichever is higher) towards banking expenses.
Returns
If you need to return an item, contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number that must be marked on your return package. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
Sonic Tuning values its customers and ensures that all refunds and replacements are handled within 30 business days from receipt. Send requests for exchanges/replacements/refunds to the following address along with a completed Return Authorization Form to:

For questions regarding returns/exchanges policy for international orders, send us an email or call customer service 240.766.8333. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs both to and from the customer for returned items will be the customer's responsibility.
Warranty
Any warranties on products sold by Sonic Tuning are those made by the manufacturer. Customer understands that any and all warranties are voided if any product defect has been caused in part or whole by negligence, improper installation, lack of proper maintenance, abuse, misuse, accident, floor or fire. Customer also understands that there is no warranty whatsoever, express or implied, on any parts used for competition, track events, racing or purposes other than which they were intended.
Customer understands that there is no warranty on electrical parts. Customer agrees to notify Sonic Tuning immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Customer understands that defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with Sonic Tuning return policy and at Customer expense. Sonic Tuning will replace all defective items that meet return or replacement requirements. Customer understands that Sonic Tuning will not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or for loss, inconvenience, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use (or inability to use) or a third party unauthorized use, of any product or its components, either separately or in combination with other equipment, or for commercial loss of any kind, regardless whether Sonic Tuning had been advised of such possibility.
Sonic Tuning makes no representation whatsoever that installation and or use of parts purchased from Sonic Tuning will not have a negative effect on any warranty that may exist on Customer’s vehicle. Customer understands that he assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of products sold by Sonic Tuning.
Exchanges/Replacement
Sonic Tuning has a 30-day exchange policy from the date of shipment for defective/damaged merchandise:
• Merchandise to be exchanged must be sent back with original packing. Boxes, manuals, and warranty information (if any) must be intact.
• A completed Return Slip must accompany the merchandise.
• Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
• The exchanged/replaced product will be shipped FREE through USPS | UPS Ground.
Returns/Refunds
Sonic Tuning has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of shipment subject to the following:
• The Customer must contact Sonic Tuning via email within 30 days of order shipment to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Returns must unused/uninstalled and be 100% complete with all parts in original packing and in condition. Boxes, manuals and warranty information (if any) must be intact.
• A completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) must accompany the merchandise.
• The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable and shall be deducted when issuing the refund.
• Damaged shipments: the customer is responsible for reporting the damage claim to the shipping company. Sonic Tuning contact us to notify us of the situation.
Product Use
Many parts sold by Sonic Tuning are intended for off-road use only and may not be legal for street use. Sonic Tuning makes no representation with respect to the legality for street use of any parts sold or their ability to pass emissions tests in any State. The customer understands that it is his/her sole responsibility to determine applicability of local, State and Federal laws and compliance with them prior to using purchased parts on any vehicle driven on the street. Sonic Tuning makes no representation whatsoever that installation and/or use of parts purchased from Sonic Tuning will not have a negative effect on any warranty that may exist on customer's vehicle. Customer understands that he assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of products purchased from Sonic Tuning.
Special Orders
Special orders are non-returnable or cancellable after payment has been made or the corresponding order is placed with our vendor. We will do our best to accommodate special order changes (eg. color, finish, offset, etc.) when requested in a timely matter. The ability to change special orders will be left solely to the discretion of our vendors and manufacturers. Special order items include but are not limited to the following:
• Carbon Fiber items
• Big Brake Packages
• Suspension systems
• Exhaust Systems
• Custom Wheels
Refused Shipments
For any shipments that are refused, you will be automatically charged $25 or a 25% restocking fee, whichever is greater to cover costs associated with processing, inspecting and restocking your order and return.

Buying Products on Our Website
We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We will ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate, but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as a part of the acceptance procedure. We will inform you if a product's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price. While we make every attempt to make sure all prices are updated, fluctuations in foreign currencies and other external factors may affect prices listed.

We reserve the right to ship a product with a slight variation than what is pictured on the website. Since we work with many manufacturers to ensure that products are in stock and ready to ship same day, there may be times when an alternate product is shipped. Alternate products will always be of equivalent quality and perform the same functions as what is described in the product description.
