Returns & Exchanges


If you need to return an item, contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number that must be marked on your return package. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.

Sonic Tuning values its customers and ensures that all refunds and replacements are handled within 30 business days from receipt. Send requests for exchanges/replacements/refunds to the following address along with a completed Return Authorization Form to:

For questions regarding returns/exchanges policy for international orders, send us an email or call customer service 240.766.8333. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs both to and from the customer for returned items will be the customer's responsibility.

All custom/special order including wheels, suspension or specialty products sold are not refundable.

All authorized returned merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No returns or exchanges on opened, installed, or merchandise that has been used will be allowed. No returns or exchanges on electronics or special order items.

Damaged shipments: the customer is responsible for reporting the damage claim to the shipping company. Contact us to notify us of the situation.


Sonic Tuning has a 30-day exchange policy from the date of shipment for defective/damaged merchandise:

Merchandise to be exchanged must be sent back with original packing. Boxes, manuals, and warranty information (if any) must be intact.
A completed Return Slip must accompany the merchandise.

Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
