General shipping information:
Q: How long should it take to ship my order after I place it?
A: Our goal is to ship the same day you order, if you order before 4pm. Currently, we are shipping 90% of orders within 48 business hours. You can also log into the website and check the status of your order online. In the event of a backorder, we will still ship any partial part of your order available. If your backorder is for an express delivery order, we will attempt to call you to get further instructions.
Q: What shipping methods do you use and can I specify the shipping carrier to match my preference or to ship for a given amount of money?
A: No. We ship using specific methods to given locations to protect your investment and guarantee a level of service on tracking, speed of delivery and ability to swiftly and efficiently deal with shipping losses. Therefore, under no circumstances can we make allowances on shipping. Our intent is to provide a consistent level of service. More than once we have attempted to work on shipping methods with customers only to have a package lost or destroyed and we were not able to provide assistance to the customer. Our intention, as stated is to deliver a consistent level of service. Please do not ask to change our shipping methods.
Q: I received a shipping confirmation email from Sonic Tuning but my package hasn't shown tracking yet. Is something wrong?
A: When your order is entered into our system, it goes into a pending status for us to process it. Either at that time or within 24 business hours most orders are printed out and the shipping label for the order is generated. Most of the orders will update after 6PM E/T.
Privacy & Security
Sonic Tuning is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. Returns
If you need to return an item, contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number that must be marked on your return package. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.

All custom/special order including wheels, suspension or specialty products sold are not refundable.

Exchanges
Sonic Tuning has a 30-day exchange policy from the date of shipment for defective/damaged merchandise:
Merchandise to be exchanged must be sent back with original packing. Boxes, manuals, and warranty information (if any) must be intact.

Yes, Sonic Tuning carries all major brands of the import performance industry. Since there are THOUSANDS of products available on the market, we're not able to list every single product. We try to populate our website with the most popular items. If you can't find a specific product, give us a call 240.766.8388, and we'll try to get a hold of it for you along with our best price possible.
2. Do you ship international?
Yes. We ship worldwide. For larger and bulk orders please give us a call 240.766.8388 or contact us via email.
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
Local Pick up:
Sonic Tuning accepts major credit cards for local sales, cash and check.
Domestic Orders (U.S.):
Sonic Tuning accepts major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All credit card purchases are verified using your billing address for your protection. If would like us to ship your order to an address other than your billing address, please call your credit card company to add additional shipping addresses to your account. Intentional Orders: (Outside of U.S.):

Free shipping does NOT apply to Hawaii, Alaska, or countries outside of the United States. Products that are labeled FREE SHIPPING only applies to locations within the continental United States.
5. Do you offer price matching?
Yes, we will price match any LEGITIMATE price listing. The advertised price must be from an authorized dealer. The competitor must have the item in stock. The competitor’s price must be current to date.
To request a price match, please e-mail us the link of the page where the advertisement is found along with your shipping address. If we can verify that the price is correct, we will beat or match the price.

International
Sonic Tuning note that Trade agreements vary between Canada and international countries. Duties and taxes applicable on the importation of any of Sonic Tuning product(s) are the full responsibility of the customer. International Orders are non-returnable.
Cancellations
Order cancellations will be entertained only if the goods have not been shipped, excluding "special order" items. A refund will be issued only after deduction of $5.00 or 5% of total order value (whichever is higher) towards banking expenses.

Warranty
Any warranties on products sold by Sonic Tuning are those made by the manufacturer. Customer understands that any and all warranties are voided if any product defect has been caused in part or whole by negligence, improper installation, lack of proper maintenance, abuse, misuse, accident, floor or fire. Customer also understands that there is no warranty whatsoever, express or implied, on any parts used for competition, track events, racing or purposes other than which they were intended.
Customer understands that there is no warranty on electrical parts. Customer agrees to notify Sonic Tuning immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Customer understands that defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with Sonic Tuning return policy and at Customer expense. Sonic Tuning will replace all defective items that meet return or replacement requirements. Customer understands that Sonic Tuning will not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or for loss, inconvenience, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use (or inability to use) or a third party unauthorized use, of any product or its components, either separately or in combination with other equipment, or for commercial loss of any kind, regardless whether Sonic Tuning had been advised of such possibility.

• Returns must unused/uninstalled and be 100% complete with all parts in original packing and in condition. Boxes, manuals and warranty information (if any) must be intact.
• A completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) must accompany the merchandise.
• The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable and shall be deducted when issuing the refund.

Product Use
Many parts sold by Sonic Tuning are intended for off-road use only and may not be legal for street use. Sonic Tuning makes no representation with respect to the legality for street use of any parts sold or their ability to pass emissions tests in any State. The customer understands that it is his/her sole responsibility to determine applicability of local, State and Federal laws and compliance with them prior to using purchased parts on any vehicle driven on the street. Special Orders
Special orders are non-returnable or cancellable after payment has been made or the corresponding order is placed with our vendor. We will do our best to accommodate special order changes (eg. color, finish, offset, etc.) when requested in a timely matter. The ability to change special orders will be left solely to the discretion of our vendors and manufacturers. Special order items include but are not limited to the following:

Refused Shipments
For any shipments that are refused, you will be automatically charged $25 or a 25% restocking fee, whichever is greater to cover costs associated with processing, inspecting and restocking your order and return.
